Our Story

At Mendo Extracts, we believe nature provides everything we need. What began as a small mushroom project on our family property has grown into a passion for cultivating gourmet and medicinal mushrooms with care, consistency, and respect for the land.

We grow every batch of Lion’s Mane, Blue Oyster, Shiitake, and Chestnut mushrooms using locally sourced hardwood and organic bran — never shortcuts, never chemicals. Our goal is simple: bring Mendocino’s natural abundance to your table while supporting wellness, memory, and vitality through the power of fungi.

Over time, our work expanded from mushrooms to the tools that make growing and crafting possible — from liquid culture syringes and grain spawn to distilled water and freeze-dried harvests.
