Refund & Return Policy – Mendo Extracts

At Mendo Extracts, we take pride in delivering fresh, small-batch mushrooms and premium freeze-dried products directly from our farm in Mendocino. Because our products are perishable, our refund policy is designed to protect both quality standards and customer satisfaction.


🌱 Fresh Mushrooms

  • Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, all sales are final.

  • If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right (replacement or store credit).


Freeze-Dried Mushrooms & Coffee Blends

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, if unopened and in original packaging.

  • Opened items are not returnable due to food safety regulations.

  • To initiate a return, email us at mendoextracts.llc@gmail.com with your order number.


💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return (if applicable).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, or your order was damaged in transit:

  1. Take clear photos of the product + packaging.

  2. Contact us at mendoextracts.llc@gmail.com within 48 hours.

  3. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
