At Mendo Extracts, we take pride in delivering fresh, small-batch mushrooms and premium freeze-dried products directly from our farm in Mendocino. Because our products are perishable, our refund policy is designed to protect both quality standards and customer satisfaction.
🌱 Fresh Mushrooms

Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right (replacement or store credit).
☕ Freeze-Dried Mushrooms & Coffee Blends

Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, if unopened and in original packaging.

Opened items are not returnable due to food safety regulations.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return (if applicable).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, or your order was damaged in transit:

Take clear photos of the product + packaging.
