Welcome to Mendo Extracts LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or purchasing from mendoextracts.shop (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

We specialize in fresh gourmet mushrooms, freeze-dried mushrooms, and related food products. All items are offered as-is and subject to availability. Because mushrooms are natural products, shape, size, and color may vary.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments via Shopify’s secure checkout system.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fresh mushrooms are available for local delivery only within Mendocino, Little River, and Fort Bragg (or as otherwise stated on our site).

  • Freeze-dried products and coffee blends are shipped within the U.S. via USPS or UPS.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Fresh mushrooms: non-refundable due to perishability (see Refund Policy).

  • Freeze-dried products and coffee blends: may be returned within 14 days if unopened.

  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Use of Products

Our products are intended for culinary purposes only. While Lion’s Mane is studied for wellness benefits, we do not make any medical claims. Please consult a healthcare provider before using mushrooms for therapeutic purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, product names, descriptions, and designs, are the intellectual property of Mendo Extracts LLC. They may not be used without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mendo Extracts LLC is not liable for:

  • Any adverse reactions to our products.

  • Improper storage, handling, or preparation after delivery.

  • Delays or errors caused by third-party carriers.

Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Privacy

Your information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
